My garden egg stew with boiled plantain to step it down.My Recipe😘😘 i used the white garden egg, 4 fresh tomatos, crayfish, kings oil, fresh pepper and chicken.
Slice your garden egg, fresh tomatos, pepper and onion together in a kitchen nylon, tie and boil till it gets soft enough for you to pound, then after that add groundnut oil in pot,add your sliced onions, pour the pounded garden egg and allow it to fry a little, then add your crayfish if desired its optional,season it to your taste add your fish or chicken as you wish. Boom! your garden egg stew is ready. You can eat it with anything.
