What habits kill a human slowly?
1 Trying to escape reality: You can escape reality, but you can’t escape the consequences of escaping reality,
2 Poor financial management : Some people are funny . They spend money they don’t have , to buy things they don’t need , to impress people they don’t like ,
3 Lack of patience : Not keeping your head in the game , and letting frustration throw you off course when everything around you feels like it’s moving at a snail’s pace ,
3 Burning bridges : You burn every bridge and then wonder why you lack friends and opportunities ,
Skipping exercises and regular medical check-ups ,
Staying with people that have nonchalant heart , it’ll never ever feel like home ,
