AKPOAZAA FOUNDATION ESTABLISHED #500,000 ENDOWMENT FOR BEST GRADUATES AT CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU UNIVERSITY

- Donates 500 - Capacity Tent for Convocation

Yesterday, February 11, 2026, I, Dr. Frank Igbojindu, GMD Akpoazaa Group and Founder Akpoazaa Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, (COOU), Anambra State, Prof. Kate Omenugha.

During the visit, I formally established a ₦500,000 Annual Endowment Fund through Akpoazaa Foundation to reward academic excellence in the institution.

The fund will be shared as follows:
✔ ₦250,000 – Overall Best Graduating Student
✔ ₦150,000 – Best Graduating Student, Faculty of Management Sciences
✔ ₦100,000 – Best Graduating Student, Department of Accountancy

I also donated a 500-capacity tent through Akpoazaa Event Planners to support their forthcoming convocation ceremony.

I decided to replicate at COOU what I already established at Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK). When an initiative is working and encouraging excellence, it deserves expansion.

As a proud son of Okija, this is my modest contribution to Anambra State and to the future of our young people.

✅We must continue to reward hard work.

✅We must continue to invest in education.

✅It remains Education or Nothing.

Yesterday February 9, 2026, I, Dr. Frank Igbojindu, Group Managing Director of Akpoazaa Group, paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Prof. Bond Stanley Anyaehie, to formally renew the Akpoazaa Foundation ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) Endowment Fund for the Best Graduating Students of the University ahead of the 2026 Convocation Ceremony.

This initiative, which was launched in 2025, has now become an annual event, deliberately designed to encourage academic excellence, healthy competition, and outstanding performance among students of the University.

In addition, I also donated a 500-capacity event tent through Akpoazaa Event Planners to support the University’s coming convocation activities, as part of my continuous commitment to supporting the growth and success of the institution.

This intervention remains my humble way of giving back to the great institution that shaped my academic journey—from Diploma through Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees, and of investing in the future leaders being nurtured within its walls.

AKPOAZAA GROUP Rebrands Recognition Initiative to MAN OF THE MONTH

(Originally announced on January 1, 2026)

Good day Nigerians, members of the press, and supporters of humanity-driven causes.

I am Dr. Frank Igbojindu, PhD,
Group Managing Director of Akpoazaa Group.

As part of activities marking the beginning of the year 2026, I wish to formally inform the public of an important development within Akpoazaa Group.

Effective January 1, 2026, the Akpoazaa Group Man of the Week Recognition Initiative was officially transitioned to the Akpoazaa Group Man of the Month Recognition Initiative.

This strategic change was introduced to allow for deeper evaluation, greater credibility, and lasting honour for individuals whose lives genuinely impact humanity through service, empowerment, leadership, and compassion.

Under the new monthly structure, at the beginning of every month, five (5) carefully selected potential Champions of Humanity are published based on verified, real-life impact.

Members of the public are encouraged to vote and actively participate, and at the end of each month, one outstanding individual emerges as the Akpoazaa Group Man of the Month.

To further strengthen public engagement, participants also have the opportunity to predict the eventual winner for a cash prize, in line with clearly stated guidelines.

Let me emphasize that our values remain unchanged. This recognition is strictly merit-based and is not influenced by wealth, popularity, or public noise, but by real and measurable impact on lives and communities.

As we move forward in 2026, Akpoazaa Group remains committed to celebrating true champions of humanity and inspiring a culture of service across Nigeria and Africa.
