IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
To all our participants, partners, sponsors, and supporters,
After careful consideration and consultations with relevant stakeholders, the organizers of Sunshine State Marathon 2.0 have decided to postpone the event due to certain technical and logistical considerations affecting event preparations, as well as the need to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, especially those traveling from different states across Nigeria.
While this decision was not an easy one, our commitment to delivering a well-organized event and ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall experience of our runners, guests, officials, volunteers, and partners remains our highest priority.
We want to assure everyone that this is only a postponement, not a cancellation. A new date will be communicated soon, and we are committed to delivering an even bigger and better marathon experience.
All completed registrations and fees already paid will remain valid and will automatically grant participants access to the rescheduled event. No participant will lose their registration status.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support. We encourage everyone to stay connected with our official communication channels for updates regarding the new date and upcoming activities.
