This is a Proud Mama Bear moment for me 🔥. This event was 💯 percent setup and executed to perfection by my team.
I was out of the country when this job came in but my team, with the experience they’ve had with me on site and with a little guidance over the phone, brought this project to life 🔥.
Being me, as a business owner is hard; working with me is not a piece of cake either because you’re not doing me a favor and neither am I doing you a favor. It’s meant to be a symbiotic relationship; I lead, teach & guide, you watch, learn and execute. I will not compromise my standards. In the end, it’s the ability of the employees & the business to carry on and flourish excellently without me being present what makes the sacrifices worth it 👌.
