(I made something little for my Dad Yesterday)
So this is basically my first time of trying this product(merit mixed fruit)😖😭😭. And instead of having a Chocolate and Red Velvet cake with fruits, i'm having a Sand/stone cake..

My Dad said he was convinced that the sand and stones where from the floor, which I disagree with him strongly, And to think that he wasn't still convinced as to where the the sand and stones where coming from, I went back to the market, bought another packet of the same Fruit, opened it into a tray and we tasted a piece only to discover that the producers of this fruit actually added sand/stones "literally" to their products as an ingredient😡😖😥

But Why!! What if this Cake was for a client, OMG 😭😭 SO THAT IS HOW I WOULD HAVE LOST HIM OR HER!!

Please fellow Bakers has anyone experienced this too??
And please I need recommendations on a better cake fruit, incase of next time 🙏🙏
