Everyone keeps saying Chinese vendors are taking over the market… but after spending weeks inside factories, I can tell you that’s not the real issue.
What I saw here is a system built on specialization and collaboration. One factory focuses on one thing and does it exceptionally well, then partners with others to create a finished product. Meanwhile, many of us are trying to do everything at once with no structure, no standardization, and no clear focus.
The truth is, nobody is taking anything from us. They just figured out how to work smarter, together, and at scale. If we want to compete, we need to stop trying to do everything and start building systems that actually work.
