In as much as faith in God is the assurance of the fulfillment of every spoken word in letters (logos) translated to rhema through revelation...
But in all this, faith is not a magic but a process
Indeed, JESUS has all the power to rain down fire and brimstone to comes down to those who came for his arrest that night but He didn't..to show you he has the power, he restored a brand new ear to one of his abductor ear that was cut off by one of his disciples ..
Why ???
Simply because He understand PROCESS
Waiting on God is not easy,
Waiting on God is not explainable by someone not wearing the shoes, it can only be understood until it's experienced
But
Waiting on God requires process and not magic
Waiting on God requires patience and not fast track
JESUS CHRIST went through all the process of pain, humiliation and death not because He is powerless but rather He understand that promises required process and process proceeds waiting for the actualisation of all the Gods promises you ever wait upon.
On the third day, Jesus Christ rose and every process He went through bring forth the celebration of today..
