Position: Receptionist (Full-time)

Blue Whale Boutique Hotel is where extraordinary service becomes reality. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure.

Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.

Requirements:

Cimso Innkeeper experience is a must.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (Afrikaans and/or other languages an advantage).

Computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems).

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
