Recently, William Exhibition was appointed for the full event setup for the Meriahnya Syawal celebrations of Malakoff Group ๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿ’š.

Aligned with Malakoff Group's white-and-teal brand identity, we extended the theme consistently across all event elementsโ€”from the marquee's underlay detailing and banquet seating to the main stage, registration and food areas.

The main stage was designed to accommodate speeches and performances throughout the event. To ensure clear audio coverage across the entire tent, proper sound distribution measures were implemented.

For guest safety and comfort, full wall-to-wall carpeting was laid across the venue, paired with a red carpet entrance to create a sense of grandeur upon arrival. We also took care of guest comfort and ventilation with our ceiling fans and industrial air cooling units, so !

We are grateful to have contributed to this meaningful corporate celebration and to have supported Malakoff Group in bringing their Syawal event to life.

Raya gatherings are always fun, guys! And the Malakoff Group's Syawal celebrations were no less ๐Ÿฅณ!

Named "Meriahnya Syawal", the gathering was the final celebratory stop of their "Serumpun Syawal" month of celebrations. The event had called for a large marquee tent with scalloping and roundtable setups in Malakoff brand colours ๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿ’š. Once the tent was further furnished with chandeliers and wall-to-wall carpeting, the entire event space turned magically festive!

Now, all outdoor events are eventually bound to get stuffy and sweaty โ€” unless optimal climate control measures are taken. We solved this issue with industrial air cooling units around the event space, which allowed for cool airโ„๏ธ to be circulated among the guests to keep them fresh๐Ÿ˜„ at all times.

Our carpeted stage set up supported all the speeches and live performances beautifully, while all the mouthwatering dishes and delicacies were beautifully arranged on our long tables for easy access.

Everything went smoothly, so semua obviously kat William.

It's Capcom popped up at AEON Tebrau! That's the label behind some of the most popular video games in the world๐Ÿคฉ!

The event featured official merchandise such as plushies, figurines and acrylic stands of infamous game titles, such as Street Fighter and Resident Evil. Talk about a gamer's paradise ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ˜!

For this event, William Exhibition laid out the carpet setup in Capcom's signature blue shadeโ€”built to match the brand identity and handle the crowd. With high foot traffic from game fans all day, the non-slip surface kept things safe, clean, and controlled. Job !

It was always in the pipeline. But this time, the William Exhibition team photoshoot really happened!

Our entire team had gotten together (a rare occurrence) in our signature blue-and-white theme, and we had a rollicking time with unique and wacky poses in front of the camera!

This was truly an occasion to celebrate and a pleasant surprise, as everyone at William Exhibition was able to witness how far we've grown as a team over 2 decades! Did you notice the 3๏ธโƒฃ generations in one of the pics?

During Chinese New Year, William Exhibition was in charge of a CNY roadshow setup for one of Malaysia's largest telco providers: CelcomDigi๐Ÿคฉ!

Happening in good 'ol Mid Valley Southkey's North Court, we had the opportunity to set up different types of brand installations. From counters to backdrops and a large cherry blossom tree (yes, you read that right๐Ÿ˜„๐ŸŒธ), we had the opportunity to display the CelcomDigi brand in various creative ways. The setup also called for a carpet installation, which we duly deliveredโœ….
