9kg of Sugee cake from bare to covered with butter icing,size 24"× 18".
weight after icing approximately 12kg.
Had to go to the hardware shop to get plywood and customed cut it to 27" × 20", covered the plywood with parchment paper, triple layer, Lucky for me the butter icing is the type that didn't need refrigeration just good in a cool room. it wouldn't have fitted in my fridge . No box to put it inside so I had to cover the cake for transportation using glad wrap with bamboo sticks as height. Forgot to take the picture when I did that.
Delivery was to Sheraton Hotel in PJ..had help from the concierge to transport it on their baggage trolley to the banquet hall where I set up the cakes with baby breath flowers for the final touch.. Alhamdullillah all went well

24"× 18" sugee cake with butter icing n fondant.

it's been awhile since I baked n decorated a big cake, lost touch in smoothing the icing, took me awhile to do it but Alhamdullillah managed to do it.

Thank you so much to Datuk J for entrusting me with the order.

Back to the kitchen today , prepared,baked and cooked the following for this afternoon delivery,

Chicken mushroom pies
Minced beef curry pies
Sardine rolls
Salmon quiche
Chilli tuna puffs
Cream puffs
Mee Siam.

Alhamdullillah for the rezeki.

This afternoon delivery.
He he first time order for cucuq Kodok, I usually just make for my family,small cute cute ones, this time around I had to make them bigger, got used to it after the tenth one.

other orders include, Banana cake, mini doughnuts and potato karipap.
