Baked this yesterday for my second son's birthday. We celebrated a week after his birthday,Mum was not well, son pun not well then...a little mishap on the key lime pie...mum forgot about it while baking it..it was a bit too long in the oven...can you see it..he he...but then the taste was ok, not overcooked at all...but it didn't set , even after a few hours in the fridge...but we still cut just a bit to officiate it..so tonight we'll have another go at it..
