My son told me last week that he wants key lime pie for his birthday. believe it or not, I couldn't remember the conversation, my other children reminded me of what he wanted, aduih lupa pulak.

so after my session was over with the afternoon catering, cleaning up the kitchen n all, a short break and lunch with hubby and my two boys, got back home and started on the key lime pie, my body and eyes telling me, I needed to take my break but I still keep on going, so Alhamdullillah, I managed to bake it in time, let it sit out from the oven for 15 mins, then went to chill it for the next 4 hours, only managed to pipe it , an hour before going out. so this was the results, a little bit soft inside but was still yummylicious. Alhamdullillah.

Alhamdullillah for today's catering.

We supplied
Nasi lemak together with the usual buddies, we added Ayam goreng berempah to make it a bit special.
We didn't forget the vegetarians they too had side dishes to go along with their nasi lemak, we made tauhu goreng berempah, crispy fried Tempe to replace the ikan bilis for them.
We also fried vegetarian tom yam mee hoon for all to enjoy.
Cream puffs to eat after the fiery sambal.🤭🤣
