Made 12 kg of beef rendang for the past 2 days, 8kg for today's delivery ,2 for today's makan2 for my son's friends and 2 more for tomorrow's guest for lunch. Sure was a lot of prepping.
So today's menu, another round of nasi lemak with ayam goreng berempah and some jelly and fresh fruit cocktail.

School holiday is coming soon, next week I think , so today there were orders for sandwiches and cupcakes for children to bring in for their farewell parties.
Do you remember your school days, when it's the end of the term, did you skip school or were you one of those that love to be in school just to hang out with your friends...me me, I'll rather go to school than stay at home bored to death.. those were carefree days..
