Every industry has its builders.
Some build businesses.
Some build events.
Some build the industry itself.
For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of helping shape Malaysia's wedding and events industry through the Association of Wedding Professionals. While my chapter as President has come to a close, my journey with the industry certainly hasn't.
Today, I continue to serve as a mentor, advisor and advocate, because the true measure of leadership isn't how long you hold a position, but how many leaders you help create after you leave it.
