We’re beyond grateful to once again partner with the Malaysia Retailers Association (MRA) - marking our 6th year as their trusted annual dinner event planner!

Each year, we challenge ourselves to deliver fresh excitement, and this Disco Night was all about bringing the retro groove back to life.

🎤 Mr. Kavin Jay, one of Malaysia’s most loved stand-up comedians, bringing the house down with laughter!

We had the pleasure of managing and hosting the Golden Ticket Treasure Hunt - an exciting team-building adventure that brought together 50 enthusiastic participants for a day of challenges and laughter.

A day filled with energy, teamwork, and endless fun!
We had the pleasure of managing and hosting the Golden Ticket Treasure Hunt - an exciting team-building adventure that brought together 50 enthusiastic participants for a day of challenges and laughter.

The hunt spanned across four thrilling checkpoints located at IKEA, Decathlon, Project Rock, and TMG Plus, where teams put their creativity, speed, and teamwork to the test to uncover hidden treasures.

We’re truly honored to have YB Wong Hon Wai, State Exco for Tourism and Creative Economy, presiding over the ceremony adding even more prestige to this fun-filled event.

Right after the Beckhoff Malaysia Symposium, the celebration continued as Beckhoff marked its 15th Anniversary — a night filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories!

From an elegant annual dinner to an energetic poolside party, the event was all about appreciation and joy.

✨ Pre-Cocktail Highlights
We brought in the trendiest feature — a Blind Box (盲盒) Wall with an exclusive Beckhoff Malaysia Doll Series! Guests had fun picking one of six adorable keychain dolls — each a surprise moment to remember.
Guests also enjoyed our AI Mirror Booth and Laser Engraving Booth, where their name was etched onto a personalized name card holder on the spot.

💃 Dinner Highlights
Our Spring Dance Team kicked off the night with a futuristic twist — featuring Mirror Man and Disco Head Girls. The dinner continued with an interactive online quiz, a live band, and endless smiles.

🌊 Poolside Party
To wrap up the night, the poolside area came alive with LED balls floating on water, LED cubes, and LED cocktail tables, creating the ultimate after-party ambience — with our DJ spinning non-stop hit music!

A heartfelt thank you to Beckhoff Malaysia for trusting us once again to create this memorable celebration. Here’s to many more milestones ahead — see you next year!
