Janda Baik always has this calm, and kampung kinda magic. Weddings always look nice here. But Keith & Joyce’s wedding not only looked nice but… felt nice.
I have not been posting on instagram for 7 months but now let me share you something I will remember back in their wedding.
On the day of their wedding, it was SUPER hot. The kind of Malaysia sun that makes you question your life choices. All of us are sweating and the guests are fanning themselves non-stop.
But right before Joyce’s eldest brother held her hand to walk her down the aisle… something changed.
The clouds slowly moved in and the hot sun got covered. (See post 11)
Some people just see this as another sky. But to me, it felt like a blessing. It wasn’t dark nor going to rain. Just nicely shaded, creating the soft light. As if someone upstairs adjust the lighting for us hahaha and it stayed the same throughout the entire span of the holy matrimony.
Thank you Keith and Joyce for trusting me to document such a meaningful day. Well… I was still sweaty but it was worth it.
Hope you two travel more together, explore more together and grow wiser together. And most importantly, always come back to each other as home. 🥰
