It is more than a milestone it is a journey built on trust, commitment, and purpose.

Being part of the G Media Asia Awards for five consecutive years has been an honour for both myself and Memoires Events Management. Every year, we witness something that never fails to inspire us. Seeing deserving entrepreneurs step onto the stage to receive recognition for their dedication, perseverance, and achievements.

Watching first-time award recipients proudly receive their recognition is always a touching moment. It reminds us that every entrepreneur deserves a platform where their hard work can be seen, celebrated, and respected. Even more inspiring is seeing returning awardees receive honours in different categories year after year—a true reflection that growth never stops, and excellence continues to evolve.

Dear Memoires Team ❤️,

I want to take a moment to say a very heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you.

From Salcon, MAA, G Media, IJM Games 2026, to TMF Team Building 2026, and the KCCCI 80th Anniversary these events happening back-to-back, each with its own challenges, pressure, last-minute changes and expectations.

The journey was definitely not easy. There were long days, late nights, unexpected situations and moments where we had to push ourselves beyond our limits. But once again, WE PULLED THROUGH TOGETHER. 💪🏼

I truly appreciate the commitment, responsibility, teamwork and contribution that every one of you has given. No matter how big or small your role was, every effort mattered and every contribution played a part in making these events happen successfully.

One of the most inspiring moments during the IJM Games 2026 journey was having the privilege of joining Tan Sri on the JDT tour.

What inspires me even more is his humility. Regardless of his position, Tan Sri remained approachable, down-to-earth, and fully engaged. A true leader doesn’t simply give directions; a true leader walks the journey with the team, leading by example and inspiring everyone around him.

His vision of One IJM is more than just a slogan it is a culture of unity, purpose, and belonging. You can truly feel how his leadership brings people together, encouraging everyone to move forward with one shared goal and one united spirit.

As an event strategist, experiences like this remind me that every successful organisation is built upon leaders who lead with passion, humility, and purpose. Thank you, Tan Sri, for the inspiration and for showing us what authentic leadership looks like. It was truly an honour to learn from you.

Watching all four divisions compete with such passion and determination has been truly inspiring. Every match reflects countless hours of training, preparation, and the unwavering commitment of every participant, team leader, and supporter.

Beyond the pursuit of victory, what stands out most is the sportsmanship, resilience, and the strong team spirit displayed throughout every game. Every player gave their best, every cheer mattered, and every effort contributed to making this event truly meaningful.

To all four divisions, thank you for demonstrating the true spirit of ONE IJM. Win or lose, each of you has shown what commitment, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork truly look like.
