it has already been more than 3 months since your wedding, but we still can’t get over it whenever we look back at all the photos, videos and memories we shared throughout the journey together.

Thank you once again for trusting XO23 to be part of such an important chapter in your lives. Your supports and trust towards the team truly made our whole team feel so touched and appreciated.

From our very first meeting, we already felt such a genuine and comfortable connection with both of you. Over the past ten months, it never felt like we were simply planning a wedding, it really felt like we were all going through this beautiful journey together as a team.

Watching both of you walk into the ballroom and seeing everything finally come to life was also such a memorable moment for our magical team. From the florals to the lighting and every little atmosphere detail, we are so glad it became the celebration you both dreamed of. ✨

POV: You went to a wedding and accidentally attended a wine tasting experience curated by the groom himself🍷

One thing about Jiaying?
He takes his wine VERY seriously and honestly, we love that for him.

Every single wine served during dinner was personally selected by Jiaying himself, carefully paired with each course curated by Four Seasons KL. And no, he didn’t just stop at choosing the wines.

He prepared a full wine pairing sheet for our team explaining:
which wine pairs with which dish,
how each bottle should be enjoyed,
what guests should expect from every sip,
and even tasting notes for us to print onto the menu itself.

This wasn’t just wine being served at a wedding.
It genuinely felt like guests were being brought into his world.

And honestly, watching guests enjoy it all was the best part.

You could see everyone reacting to the pairings, discussing flavours across the tables, comparing favourites, getting excited for the next course before it even arrived. 🍷

The whole night felt like this perfect blend of a luxury gala, intimate wine tasting experience, and wedding celebration all wrapped into one.

And somehow every little detail kept making people go:
“ Wait, this is SO them! ”

From the giant champagne bottle guestbook installation 🍾
to the mini golf corner ⛳️
to the rich red & gold styling, jazz-inspired atmosphere, dramatic lighting, and elegant dress code.

Nothing felt random.
Everything felt intentional.

Not just beautiful,
but deeply personal to who Jiaying & Emily are.

And that’s exactly what made this wedding unforgettable.

One of the most heartfelt highlights of the day was Emily’s first look with her dad.

Before she walked towards Jiaying for their first look, Emily shared a quiet and emotional moment with the very first man who ever loved and protected her in this world, accompanied by her mom right by her side.

The emotions in that room were indescribable. The pride in her father’s eyes, the tenderness from her mother, and the overwhelming love surrounding Emily made the moment feel so intimate and unforgettable.

And eventually, it was time for Emily to meet Jiaying, from the moment they saw each other, everything else around them seemed to disappear, and after such an emotional moment with her parents, walking towards the love of her life carried even more meaning.

It was not just a first look between Jiaying and Emily, but the beginning of a new chapter, built on years of love from both families, and a promise to continue that love together for the rest of their lives.
