As few more youth outbound camp is approaching, we have conducted a crews training to enhance our crews technical skills and their outdoor knowledge. This 2 days training has covered some essential outdoor survival skills and as well some soft skills to ensure our crews able to carry out their duties effectively. 飞跃助教官为了更好应付接下来的数场野营会，特进行了为期2天1夜的技能集训，以确保助教官们能更轻松应付他们的岗位，这两天除了野外技能，也让助教官们提升一些软性技巧以让助教们能有效带领团队。
