Before The Yaylove Collective, there was Moments Creator — officially established in November 2011 ✨
After years working in Singapore’s hotel industry, we returned to Malaysia hoping for a slower and more meaningful life. A life where we could build something of our own while raising a family.
At the time, we noticed how overwhelming weddings could feel for couples. Different suppliers for different things, too many people to coordinate with, and too much stress during what should have been one of the happiest moments of their lives.
So we stepped in to simplify the experience.
What started small with wedding favours, chair tiebacks and hand-sewn fabrics slowly grew into floral styling, stage backdrops, carpentry work and full wedding setups 🌿
Back then, social media wasn’t what it is today. There were no trends to follow, no easy exposure, and every small order came with challenges, learning experiences and long nights behind the scenes.
One of our earliest projects took place at Westin Kuala Lumpur — a meaningful milestone that became part of the journey that shaped who we are today ✨
Over the years, the wedding industry evolved beautifully. Couples no longer wanted celebrations that simply looked grand — they wanted spaces that felt personal, emotional and meaningful.
And somewhere along the way, we realised we were no longer just decorating spaces.
We were helping people bring their stories to life 🤍
Today, The Yaylove Collective continues that journey through weddings, social celebrations and meaningful experiences designed with intention, atmosphere and emotion.
