How do we get ideas to plan for menus? Sometimes it comes from our routine . Yet another weekend and we have to choose " Sek Mat Yeh ? Apa kita mau makan ?😆 " , then it came across our mind that there's a nice Ipoh shop nearby , so we hoop into the Restaurant and had our lunch .

Then the idea💡 just came and we say, let's cook the steam Chicken and Chicken Hor Fun for our customers this coming week . Actually it's been almost a year since we served this Hainanese Chicken Rice and chicken Hor Fun , it turns out quite satisfied to us😆😋

A dish which kids enjoy , adults also like it as it's a balanced diet with vegetables and meat , and this is a well-known Chinese dish : " Sweet & Sour Pork "

It's a dish so enjoyable while you can enjoy crispy meat with a sweet and sour taste , paired with colorful vegetables, normally is a combination of Cucumber , Tomato / Capsicum and Onion .

In tropical countries where some of the Sifu modify it and pair it with Pineapple which bring the flavour into another level , Yummy 😋

It's like an exam question when each and everyday we might be asking our spouse , our children , our parents , what to eat today 😅?

No doubt as the living standards are improving in our society now , we have many choices but yet we also will ' scratch head ' deciding on what food to eat for that day 😅.

Soooo..... We will share more food pictures that are prepared by us , so you can have an idea to know what to eat , and of course you can order from us so you can set your mind free , haha 😆

Thus , this is our homemade bbq Char Siew , using our homemade recipe to marinate and it goes well with rice and noodles .
