11th FEBRUARY 2022 – The Management and retail hosts of JUNIOR LOOKBOOK gathered at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur last night to celebrate this Chinese New Year.
Selected kids models and their parents joined the auspicious celebration. The guests thoroughlyenjoyed the array of buffetfrom racks of succulent lambs, fresh seafood to French desserts tarte tatin, chocolate mousse, clafoutis and crêpes Suzette.

The evening was not only a CNY social gathering but also a harmonious one as guests from different races and ethnic backgrounds celebrated diversity in this fun get-together. Everyone put on new clothes, and wished each other “Gong Xi Fatt Chai”

Later in the evening, the kids models once again showed off their catwalk and posing prowess in front of the guests and attracted other spectators from the hotel.

After the runway show, the kids invited their parents and the guests to let down their hair and joined them in various games causing the onlookers and audience to erupt in laughter.

《I AM A DESIGNER EVENT》
Review the arts and crafts event in 2017, the main objective of this event is to give kids an opportunity to design and create 'handbags' using recycled paperbag materials.
We can see parents and kids working together as family and team.
Guests who attended the event was also entertained by a mini fashion show, put together by JUNIOR LOOKBOOK, where all the kids model were professionally made-up by Peripera and their hair styled by Hair Quarters at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
Premium Scooter's brand - Velocifero was one of the sponsors for this event too. All kids (and adults) had a little experience on the scooters during the event!
JUNIOR LOOKBOOK truly miss the moment together with the families and kids.
Please stay safe until we can physicially meet one another again in our future events.

KUALA LUMPUR, MAY 18, 2019 – Less than a month leading up to Hari Raya, JUNIOR LOOKBOOK has once again organized a fashion show to showcase the latest Spring/Summer Collections of Balmain Paris, Young Versace, Kenzo Kids, Moschino Kid Teen and Paul Smith Junior at the Centre Court of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Titled the “RAYA RUNWAY”, the audience and crowd around the mall gathered at the Centre Court to watch 21 adorable kids models, age between 4 to 12, fashionably catwalk the runway with much enthusiasm and style.
👀
Apparently, the fasting month did not deter the parents of these kids models who hailed all the way from Singapore, Japan and Malaysia from sending their kids to hours of training and preparation.

“I truly thank JUNIOR LOOKBOOK for giving my child an opportunity to learn how to pose and catwalk in front of so many people. This is definitely the best Raya memory that would forever retain in his memory. I am sure he would one day repost his pictures as one of the JUNIOR LOOKBOOK kids model and write about it in the social media of his time!” expressed one mother.

The evening of RAYA RUNWAY kicked off with conjuring, as it were, four youngsters wearing the newest couture Balmain outfits. The brand is well known for its “architectural dresses”, padded shoulder mini dresses, and maximalism. The four adorable boys and girls had truly made an impression by their spectacular entrance and exits at the beginning of the show. The night continued with Kenzo Kids, Young Versace, Moschino Kid Teen and Paul Smith Junior shows.

Spectators were gasping with oohs and aahs. Some of them were seeing cute little models as young as 4 years old walking down the runway wearing cool outfits and sunglasses for the first time!

After the show, 11 year old Fatimah Noryyah entertained the audience with her cover of “Suasana Hari Raya.”

All the kids models were surprised when each of them received a beautiful premium quality crystal trophies from JUNIOR LOOKBOOK. Another surprise was the “Candy Dessert Bar” inside the Flagship store at Level 5 to reward them for their hard work.

This RAYA RUNWAY would definitely instill many sweet memories to many parents and kids and JUNIOR LOOKBOOK is thankful to be part of this occasion.
