2026年、あけましておめでとうございます。今年もよろしくお願いします！

As 2025 comes to a close, we just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of Makkusu Shumi Expo this year.
From our partners, artists, cosplayers, vendors, volunteers, to every single visitor who showed up to support us, especially our amazing Sarawak & Miri ACG community, this wouldn’t be possible without you. (Thank you!)
2025 was a year of growth for us. We experimented, learned a lot along the way, and reached meaningful milestones as a homegrown event from Miri, Sarawak. Step by step, we’re shaping Makkusu Shumi Expo into the kind of ACG event we truly believe in. It wasn’t perfect, but it was genuine, passionate, and built with heart.
And this is only the beginning. We’re incredibly excited for what’s coming in 2026, more improvements, more collaborations, and even better ACG experiences hopefully for all Sarawak and beyond.
Thank you for believing in us, growing with us, and sharing the same love for anime, games, and culture. We can’t wait to see you all again very, very soon.
