MAASA Eco-Tourism & Event Centre
Location: Along Kampung Semadang-Bau Road off Borneo Highlands Road (next to Bengoh Resettlement Scheme) with the beautiful scenery of rainforest, mountain , caves and a river. We provide accommodations, venue for sporting and recreational events, campsite, jungle trekking, mounting climbing, caving, dinner, corporate activities, meeting and workshop. At our centre
we also have a pepper
farm, avocado farm, cocoa farm, fish ponds, banana farm and orchard. Food and drinks are also available at our café. Bring extra cash for beer and karaoke. We also provide accommodation.We have a house with five rooms including a family room accomodating 6-7 persons and kitchen, jungle hut, night-stay in tents in the farm's compound or in the tropical rainforest jungle! °Room with double bed (family room) RM120 per night.
°Room with single bed for two persons: RM60.00 per night.
• Stay-in tents in the jungle or farm’s compound: RM10.00 (with own tent) per night.
• Jungle hut: RM60.00 per night. (Our back-to-basics jungle hut is the rustic living conditions in the jungle. It is mattresses on the floor with mosquito net and attached toilet. You can bath in the river next to the lodge.) Eve of holidays & weekend:

°Room with single bed for two pereons: RM80.00 per night.
°Jungle hut: RM80.00 per night.

Kayaking (double-seater): RM220.00 a day. Jungle trekking: RM80 per person (minimum of 5 persons). Longboat river cruise (RM500 for each boat with five sitting capacity, four-hour ride). NON-STAY-IN GUESTS

Activities: Bath in the river, BBQ by the river, jungle trekking, visiting the avocado farm. We create and organise events including group visit to places of interest for both local and foreign tourists. Below are our packages and rates:

• Tour the Gold Mine Town of Bau and exploring Wind Cave/Fairy Cave.
• Lunch In Bau Town/Fairy Cave. Price: RM100.00 (minimum five persons)

• Visit to a Bidayuh Longhouse (Kampung Annah Rais)
• Lunch at a our homestay's café. Price: RM100.00 (minimum of five persons).

• Jungle trekking, visit to pepper and cocoa farms.
• Bath in a river near to our homestay
• Lunch/barbecue at our guest house at Ma’asa Event Centre and homestay.

Arrangements may be made to visit the world's renown brass rings ladies at the Bengoh Resettlement Scheme (BRS). Those ladies are wearing brass rings around their legs, reaching from their ankles to their knees. (Early booking is necessary)
