OUR STORY

Our Story necessarily begins in 2016, when The Story Box was started by a lawyer who wanted to tell the stories of a league of extraordinary young gentlemen from The Salvation Army Boys’ Home she had the privilege of mentoring. Each wholesome lunchbox prepared and delivered to offices, schools and homes by these same gentlemen came carefully wrapped with a chapter of their life story. In 2018 the now expanded league began The Story Table, an invitation to all to come gather round our Table and share their stories over a deliciously healthy Pokebowl, sushi platter or coffee, all prepared by the same young men who once found themselves disadvantaged and abandoned.
