For the UKM MaGik 2026 Gala Dinner, we transformed the arrival experience into an enchanted woodland where every step was designed to slow guests down, spark conversations, and create unforgettable first impressions.

From the towering botanical arch, warm fairy-lit walkway, woodland deer, rabbits and lanterns, to the lush floral details—every element was thoughtfully curated to immerse guests before they even reached the ballroom.

It’s these little details that turn an event into a memory. 🌿

🌿✨ A Forest of Memories Came to Life at UKM. ✨🌿

Designing the stage for MaGiK 2026 (Malam Gala Seribu Kenangan) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) was about creating more than a beautiful backdrop—it was about crafting an experience.

Inspired by an enchanted forest, we transformed the stage into a living landscape where oversized illuminated flowers, lush botanical arrangements, and warm theatrical lighting came together to frame every performance. Every floral cluster, every layer of greenery, and every glowing bloom was meticulously placed to achieve balance, depth, and visual impact from every seat in the hall.

The result? A stage that welcomed guests into a magical evening filled with nostalgia, celebration, and unforgettable moments.

We’re honoured to have been entrusted by UKM to bring this vision to life and to contribute to an event that celebrated memories while creating new ones.

Whether it’s a university gala, corporate dinner, awards ceremony, or large-scale themed event, our goal remains the same: to design spaces that people remember long after the event has ended.

🌿 ONE-derful Dhanya | 1st Birthday in the Enchanted Woodland 🌿

Some birthdays are simply celebrated. Others become memories that feel like pages from a storybook.

For Dhanya’s very first birthday, we transformed the venue into an enchanted woodland where every flower, every balloon, every tiny woodland friend, and every handcrafted table centrepiece was thoughtfully curated to welcome family into her very first adventure. ✨

Instead of ordinary centrepieces, each guest table became its own miniature forest—fresh wildflowers dancing naturally from glass vases, rustic timber slices, woodland animal figurines, pinecones, dried oranges, and warm candlelight creating an atmosphere that felt intimate, elegant, and full of childhood wonder.

Because turning ONE only happens once. 🤎

Dear Dhanya, today the forest whispered a little louder because its tiniest explorer celebrated her very first adventure. 🦌🦔🐰

No fairy tale was harmed in the making of this party… but a few balloons definitely worked overtime. 🎈😆

From glowing woodland lights, adorable forest friends and dreamy florals to the sweetest little rattan chair waiting for our birthday princess, every corner was thoughtfully styled to create memories that will stay long after the cake is gone.
