Job requirements: graduated with course related in halal studies & food processing. fresh graduate is encouraged.
Job description:
1. To commit on halal certificate application & future renewal process.
2.Responsible to ensure compliance towards Islamic Law, Malaysian Halal Standard & Certification requirement by JAKIM as well as other Halal authorities.To ensure Halal Assurance System is in place and effectively implemented.
3.Responsible to liase with JAKIM and other related Halal authorities on matter pertaining to Halal.Attend to internal & external inquiry related to Halal integrity issues.To conduct supplier evaluation and work with purchasing to ensure the materials purchased are meeting the Islamic & Halal requirement.To lead, develop & ensure Halal committee is functioning well.
3. Key in daily sales into the accounting system.Monitor on stock receive and dispatch goods for each transporters.
4.Supervise daily operation area / department activities. Necessarily to be hands on with production activities benefits as well.
