Dear vendors,

It has come to our attention that there are some unscrupulous people/ party impersonating as the organizer of one of our upcoming HUAT Market @ Level 5, Pavilion Damansara Heights (28 Jan - 15 Feb 2026)

Please note that all vendor recruitments for our events are done via our team members:
• Jerome (016-9782529)
• ⁠Ms Jun (012-6503160)

Should you see anyone else recruiting for these events, please be extra mindful of potential scams.

*One of the few steps to avoid getting scammed:*

1️⃣ Check the profile of the post author (if it’s brand new profile, normally it is a fake account)

2️⃣ The PIC name/ phone number is from overseas (likely fake ID/ number)

3️⃣ Please verify with our team members in advance before committing to any events from us.

JW Events & Space are not liable for any claims/ damages from such scams
