It was all about prepping burgers the past two days. We churned out over 600 mini burgers for our client's 2-day event. On top of this event, we cooked for a kid's birthday party and also did an on-site BBQ whole lamb for Bomba's staff party.

Our Saturday started very early today with our team prepping for a Thai-themed event for brunch.
On the menu were Thai papaya salad, Pad Thai, Thai basil chicken, otak-otak and kuih.
Our team is now prepping for the afternoon tea.
The cooking will continue tomorrow (Sunday) when we will be whipping up Thai pandan chicken, green curry and Mee Siam.

Catermate Sdn Bhd was born in November 2003, a month before my eldest daughter was born. Before Catermate was established, we were in the F&B industry, spanning almost 30 years as of 2020. We specialize in outdoor catering, corporate catering, private events and packed food boxes. Our chef has many years of culinary experience dishing out all types of cuisines from Malay to Chinese, Western, Japanese, Indian, BBQ, BBQ whole lamb, finger food snacks, desserts and many more.
