For added umph, eaten with bergedil.. Add sambal sotong or ayam ungkep or rendang daging/ayam - triple umph!! And we put lots of veges too! Apalah lodeh tanpa sayur 😄

Our lodeh takde udang kering as our cook has allergy. So we use anchovies instead. For vegans, we use kombu and mushrooms.

No belacan is being used for any of our dishes either - Sambal, Kuah kacang etc.. also sebab cook's allergy. But you won't taste the difference. Cubalah!
