The backdrop takes care of the main visual, while the stage skirting branding panel turns the front of the stage into extra branding space 💯

One gala dinner. Five backdrops. Five completely different jobs. ✨

For this reunion gala dinner in KL, we didn’t use one backdrop and expect it to do everything. Instead, different gala dinner backdrops were placed around the venue, each serving its own purpose:

📍 4×8ft Welcome Backdrop
Placed at the entrance to welcome guests and set the mood from the moment they arrive.

💚 4×8ft Sponsor Appreciation Backdrop
A dedicated space to properly recognise and thank the event sponsors.

🔎 12×8ft Attendee Name Backdrop
Filled with the names of everyone attending — giving guests a fun reason to stop, search for their names and take photos together.

📸 12×8ft Photo Backdrop + Pink Neon Lights
Because a reunion dinner definitely needs a proper photo spot. The added neon light strips made the backdrop stand out even more under the ballroom lighting.

🎤 4×12ft Stage-Side Backdrop
Placed beside the LED screen so the reunion branding stayed visible throughout the night, even while videos and old photos were playing. And at the end? Everyone could gather on stage for one big class photo again — just like the old school days. ❤️

Different sizes. Different purposes. But together, they created a much more complete gala dinner setup.

Need a display that can stay useful even after the product launch is over? 💯

This giant 003 Polyfoam 3D Letter Block comes with serious thickness — up to 30cm thick — so it can stand on its own 📏 It was made for a product launch, but after the event, just move it to the salon, showroom or office and continue using it as a branded display.

With proper handling and storage, it can also be reused for future events ♻️ And it’s not limited to numbers — we can customise brand names, event titles, hashtags, logos or campaign words in different sizes and shapes.

Great for product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, salons, showrooms and event photo areas. Big presence, easy to move around, and not just for one-time use lah 😄

📌 Looking for custom Polyfoam 3D Letter blocks in Malaysia? Save this idea for your next event or display.

Not sure what your event stage actually needs to look complete and properly branded? 🤯

A stage isn’t just about having one big backdrop. Different areas can work together to make your branding more visible throughout the event.

Here are 4 stage items to consider:
1️⃣ Giant Stage Backdrop
The main branding piece — giving your event title, logo and key visuals the visibility they need.

2️⃣ Rostrum Cover
Keeps your branding visible during speeches and presentations, especially in photos and videos.

3️⃣ Event Letter Standee
Adds more dimension to the stage and gives your event name, logo or message extra presence.

4️⃣ Stage Skirting Branding Panel
Turns the empty front of the stage into another branding space and helps the whole setup look more complete.

Put them together, and your branding doesn’t stay in just one spot — it works across the whole stage area 🔥🔥

What do guests see first when they arrive at your event? 👀

Very often, it’s the registration area. That’s why a registration welcome backdrop & table cover can make a big difference.

The backdrop helps guests spot the check-in area easily, while the table cover turns a normal venue table into part of your event branding. Together, they make the registration area look more organised, more professional and more complete — while giving your branding extra exposure right from the start.

It may be a simple setup, but it helps set the tone before guests even enter the main event space.
