This September, Hokkaido Table invites you to our most prestigious Chef’s Table experience yet – The Legacy of 1855: A Blind Tasting Journey of Bordeaux Premier Grand Cru Classé. 🍇✨

For one night only, journey through the history and heritage of some of Bordeaux’s most prestigious, collectible and age-worthy red w**es, guided by guest sommelier and host Nick Loo. 🍷
