the chicken is well-marinated, fried perfectly and served piping hot. The two kuah (gravies) poured on top of the chicken are very tasty and complement the salty spiced fried chicken well. The fresh sambal belacan with lime juice adds some zings of spiciness into the plain steamed rice. It is a perfect combination. The taste is intense and rich : salty, sweet, sourish and spicy.
