It was about 3 months of preparation for this amazing garden wedding of YJ & Alice.

Here’s YJ & his groomsmen presented a surprise performance for Alice which is dancing in the wedding. And Hui-z Diong was the dance choreographer who was choreographed dance-steps for YJ & groomsmen based on their comfort level and what they could pull off.

They were really hard working and force themselves to memorize dance-steps since we have start the dance lesson before 2 months of the wedding.

The amazing Garden Wedding of YJ & Alice

It was about 3 months of preparation for this amazing garden wedding of YJ & Alice.

YJ performed a song 《简单爱 by Jay Chou》with his march-in session together with my Acoustic Band musicians. I have provided backing track version pf this song which played by my musicians to YJ before 1-1.5 months of the wedding event. The purpose was letting YJ can take the self-practice at home first. After that, I arranged YJ took the rehearsal with my musicians before 1.5 hours of the wedding event.

It was really a big surprise for guest and definitely all guest loved it and cheer YJ with so much of joy and excitement! 😍🥳

The amazing Garden Wedding of YJ & Alice

It was about 3 months of preparation for this amazing garden wedding of YJ & Alice.

After 1st met up with YJ & Alice. Alice told me that she appointed her brother who is a talented graphic designer Derrick to be the key person to liaise with me afterward. Derrick is the designer who is the one designed invitation card, personalized pre-wedding photo album, giving idea of venue decoration and many more role. I think I can call Derrick as Wedding co-planner instead of designer 🤣

I love to work with talented people. Cause’ I can learn something new and get the new inspiration from them. Due to Derrick staying in KL and we were unable to meet for taking f2f discussion with my florist in JB. So the way I communicate with Derrick was texting/calling via FB/WA & I call him to talk about decoration details and how to make the nice decoration within the budget of YJ & Alice.

As a wedding planner, we have try to negotiate with vendor according the budget of client and in the same time the artwork that provided by vendor must be presentable too. I know Derrick is a perfectionist too. He loves Alice more than anyone else. Derrick told me he wanted to give his whole in YJ & Alice wedding reception and making this wedding event be a remarkable.

Yeah! We completed a superB wedding event for YJ & Alice! I was really appreciated all of involve vendors and my wedding coordinators work so hard!
