The 3rd Symposium on Lifelong Learning (ISLLE 2023): “Flexible Lifelong Learning in Transforming Future Industry” is to bring together educators, experts, professionals, and industry officials with the aim of exploring the purpose of lifelong learning in transforming the future industry. Flexibility has become a paramount concept in much policy and academic debate. Individuals, organisations and societies are all required to become more flexible so that they can participate in the on going process of changed involved in lifelong learning. Flexible learning is a state of being in which teaching and learning is increasingly freed from the limitations of time, place and pace of study. Industry people need continuous upgrade of their competence and skills thus, they need to be part of the lifelong learning for, it will assist them to keep pace with the evolving work environment and at the same time allows their leaders to rapidly develop their employees to achieve organisational objectives.
