「至少 給自己一個擁抱」
-擁抱那並不完美 但仍在成長的自己-

新的一年，嶄新的一個月
第一個主題策展會想以這個主題來開啟新的一年
是因為最近很常會看到身邊的朋友
會一直「PUA」自己
簡單來說就是「內耗」
通過這次的策展是想希望還在漩渦中迷茫
的小朋友和大朋友可以和這次的主題一樣
「至少，給自己一個擁抱吧！」

送給大家一句話
「自洽而內求，達觀而內醒」
意思是呢，你要相信自己，就算什麼都做不好
但至少是你自己選擇的，這才是你的人生

「自洽」不是一種遺忘
而是把以往的經歷
吸收，沉澱，成長
就和樹的年輪一樣
帶著過去的痕跡和溫度
在往後的時間裡
繼續成長

每一次的情緒投射
每一場成功和挫折
都是生活留下的溫度與厚度

在這一年
請先給自己一個擁抱
為那些還在進行的努力
為不完美卻又真實的瞬間
