Job Description: As a Sales/Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers with their floral needs, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help us continue to delight our customers with stunning floral designs and top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create custom floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness of flowers and plants.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and achieve store goals.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a florist or in floral design is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
