Tito Cocinerito Tito Cocinerito is a home delivery/pick up food service open Sundays. Our mission is to provide you with quality dishes cooked to perfection.

We are a couple of professional cooks who are entertaining the idea of cooking for Cozumel. Our love for cooking has taken us deep into Mexico and parts of the world to learn about authentic culinary traditions. Our experience includes running our own restaurant, publishing a Mexican Cookbook in Europe, culinary workshops and consulting for several Mexican Restaurants around the world. We want to

THIS SUNDAY 22 Tito Cocinerito brings you the next menu:

1- French Dip- Home made roast beef in baguette with caramelized onions and cheese. Loaded, as all our sandwiches. Comes with homemade Au jus (Made from roast beef drippings and stock, not a packet) and fries. Blueberry cream cheese rolls for dessert. 280$

2- Tito´s fried chicken breast sandwich- Our chicken breasts have been marinated in pickle brine for that Chick-Fil-A flavor, then covered in our spicy batter. Comes with fries. Blueberry cream cheese rolls for dessert. 180$

3- Vegetarian ravioli- Six big ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms and cheese in tomato sauce. Blueberry cream cheese rolls for dessert. 160$

4- 18oz Angus ribeye with rosemary baked potatos. Blueberry creamcheese rolls for dessert. 480$

1- The Rachel (a variation on the Reuben) Loaded with pastrami, topped with coleslaw, cheese and thousand island dressing. Massive and delicious, as our Reuben. Comes with fries. Tito´s flowerpot for dessert. A cup with vanilla cream, shredded coconut, thin banana slices covered in "soil" (crumbled chocolate cookies). 280 pesos

2- Beef Stroganoff- The famous Russian dish of tender beef and mushrooms long cooked in a thick onion sauce, on a bed of pasta and crowned with sour cream. Tito´s flowerpot for dessert. A cup with vanilla cream, shredded coconut, thin banana slices covered in "soil" (crumbled chocolate cookies). 180 pesos

3- Eggplant Parmigiana. Layers of breaded eggplant, mozzarella, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and fresh basil on a bed of homemade fettuccine. Tito´s flowerpot for dessert. A cup with vanilla cream, shredded coconut, thin banana slices covered in "soil" (crumbled chocolate cookies). 180 pesos

The pastel azteca is a traditional Mexican dish, made by alternating layers of gently fried corn tortillas with layers of salsa de jitomate, chile poblano strips, corn grains, onion strips, sour cream and Oaxaca or Chihuahua cheese. The pastel azteca is oven-baked.

El pastel azteca es un platillo de comida mexicana que se hace alternando capas de tortilla de maíz sofritas con capas de salsa de jitomate, rajas de chile poblano, granos de maíz, rajas de cebolla, crema ácida y queso Oaxaca o queso Chihuahua. El pastel azteca se gratina en el horno.
