There is something timeless about the Italian table — simple food, good wine, and the pleasure of sharing the evening together.

Last night we opened this new Dinner Collection at H Garden Venue, inspired by the warmth and generosity of an Italian table meant to be enjoyed without hurry.

A calm and personal experience designed for those who enjoy learning at a thoughtful pace, understanding essential technique, and sharing the table along the way.

Chef Luis Herrera guides a small group through classic Italian preparations, focusing on simplicity, balance, and the quiet confidence of traditional cooking. Each dish is prepared step by step, allowing guests to observe every detail, ask questions, and take notes in a relaxed and conversational atmosphere just across the kitchen counter.

Following the demonstration, everyone gathers around a beautifully set table to enjoy the complete menu together — a family-style dinner meant to be shared slowly, as it would be around an Italian table.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine bottles. There is no corkage fee.

Prime Rib Gala — H Garden Venue

There is something deeply satisfying about a perfectly roasted Prime Rib served at the table.
Simple in appearance, yet generous, comforting, and full of character.

This past February 28th, we gathered once again for one of my favorite nights of the season — our Prime Rib Gala, a classic evening that takes place on the last Saturday of every month at H Garden Venue.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the table, brought beautiful bottles to share, and helped create the warm and convivial atmosphere that makes these evenings so special.

The format is simple and timeless:
slow-roasted Prime Rib, classic sides, good company, and the freedom to bring your favorite wines to enjoy with dinner.

And yes — there is never a corkage fee.

I don’t know about you, but I truly have not seen many places that still believe in that kind of hospitality.

Reservations are limited each month, and the table fills quickly.

After two beautiful weeks, Dinner Collection 07/18 — La Petite Brasserie comes to a close.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the table at H Garden Venue.
It was truly a pleasure to welcome you into our dining room, to cook these classic brasserie dishes, and to share evenings filled with conversation, laughter, and the simple joy of good food.

Seeing our guests arrive with their favorite bottles of wine, uncorked at the table without formality, always brings something special to the atmosphere. It makes the evening feel personal—almost as if we were gathering in a small neighborhood brasserie somewhere in France.

I would also like to thank those who participated in the cooking class of this collection. Sharing technique, questions, and the process behind the dishes is always one of the most rewarding parts of these events.

These gatherings are the heart of what we do at H Garden Venue—continuing to create thoughtful gastronomic experiences, one collection at a time.

Prime Rib Night February 28th

Some dishes exist to remind us why classics endure. Prime rib is one of them. Perfectly cooked, rested with care, sliced at the right moment—this is a dish that demands skill, timing, and respect for tradition. On January 31st, Chef Luis Herrera returns to a true steakhouse classic, prepared the way it should be, with the attention and precision it deserves.

The evening is built around a complete menu, thoughtfully composed, with classic accompaniments and proper garnishes that honor the cut and complete the experience. Everything on the table has a purpose, nothing is rushed, and every detail matters.

This is an invitation to gather friends, sit comfortably, open good wine, and enjoy a generous, elegant dinner together. No corkage fee—because friends don’t charge friends for bringing wine to the table.

Closing Notes

Some evenings stay quietly in the heart.

These past nights around the Greek / Aegean Table were not only about food,
but about presence…
about shared bread, open wine bottles, slow conversations,
and the simple joy of seeing people happy around the table.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who joined this collection —
to our guests, friends, and returning community
who continue giving life to H Garden Venue with their trust and warmth.

Cooking this menu was a true pleasure.
Serving it, an even greater one.
Watching smiles, toasts, and long conversations unfold under the warm light
is always the most meaningful reward a chef can receive.

Greek / Aegean Table will remain one of my favorite menus —
not only for its flavors, but for the feeling it created in the room.

After the cooking session, everyone gathers around a shared table to enjoy the complete menu together — a family-style dinner meant to be passed, shared, and enjoyed slowly, just as it would be in a Greek home. Participants may also invite one guest to join for the dinner portion of the evening.
