Me apasiona la cocina, aprendí desde los 5 años con mi abuelita quien me paso sus secretos para hacer desde un sándwich de pastrami hasta la más rica cena de navidad. Los mariscos siempre fueron de mis favoritos ingredientes y la paella a parte de mariscos incluye muchos otros que me fascinan. Hace 8 años empecé a preparar paellas siempre probando ideas nuevas, degustando este platillo de diversos
restaurantes y tomando ideas de muchos lugares distintos...hoy por hoy la sigo perfeccionando pero mis amigos me han impulsado a compartirla con todos ustedes. Espero que les guste y disfruten tanto como yo disfruto preparandola. I absolutely love cooking, but seafood has always been one of my specialties and since the Paella involves seafood, plus all the other ingredients that i love, soon this became one of my passions. I take my time, from the moment i go to the market i begin the preparation. i only make it upon request and for groups of 20 plus...but trust me you wont have leftovers....
