The St. Regis Champagne Ritual, or is a signature nightly event performed at St. Regis hotels worldwide to mark the transition from day to night.

A staff member uses a saber to open a chilled bottle of champagne, honoring a tradition inspired by Napoleon Bonaparte’s cavalry.

This event, often held around 6:00 PM, features a complimentary toast for guests 🥂 a moment to live!!
