The flowers, the cultural elements, the production, audio visual , entertainment, stationary, the logistics of catering across the 3 events — that’s the other 85% most couples discover too late.
YES ! We’ve had to say no to beautiful couples with beautiful venues 🏰 🇮🇹 SIMPLY because their math simply didn’t math, the vision was WAY over REALISTIC budget and cutting corners to reduce 60% of the cost , simply is not the solution your dream wedding needs.

A 👰🏼‍♀️bride comes to us after months of research🗓️🔎
— spreadsheets, inquiries & quotes , WhatsApp groups with 04 hotels 🏨 -all four think she is ready to sign — and somewhere between touring venues in different countries🗺️ = too many options, too little logistics knowledge ➕ a travel agency involved who is advising with limited budget management experience.
An army working on it but the couple still don’t feel they havent heard THE TRUTH

The hotel CAN fit the budget……The entire wedding doesn’t.

The travel agency quoted her room blocks and venues ONLY.

Nobody quoted the 3-day catering for 200 guests.
Nobody quoted the photographers who actually knows how to shoot a South Asian wedding.
Nobody quoted catering support

Nobody thought a couple who want 5* Hotel will also want 5* food, cocktails, Dj

And of course , a bride with good eye for a designed hotel, also has a good eye for he own wedding design

Zoe didn’t send us a Pinterest board.
She did a video call and we could see the wallpaper and paintings in their living room — and a big smile that said: “this is me.” 😃
The wallpaper, her smile and Jordan’s love for Mexico…. And of course LUNA 🐩
That told us everything.
We started creating in our minds the minute we finished our first meet & greet call. 👩🏻‍💻
Layered prints. Art stacked on art. Textures and colours that have no business in a traditional Jewish wedding “as you know it” — and yet.
A woman who doesn’t edit herself down. Not for a room, not for a table, not for a wedding.
For their welcome party, we didn’t design a pool day. We designed -The Zelins -
The florals were chosen by both moms, placed one by one directly in the space — the palette gave even more life to Nizuc’s magnificent beach.
The party happened exactly the way they imagine everything happens.
The sun. ☀️ Their favourite food 🌮 . His family’s tequila house.
🕺 And the entertainment? The biggest statement day party — the best DJ, 🧑‍🎤dance classes so not one guest stayed seated, beach games and the crown 👑 — the 🏀⛹️basketball game. It was always going to be about the basketball game.
Their message to every single guest?
Viva La Vida.
That’s not a theme -That’s a philosophy.
And if you’ve ever read a single word Zoe has written — you already knew that.
This is what creates.
Not events with a mood board.

Here’s what no one warns you about when you start planning your wedding: A GREAT FOOD EXPERIENCE IS PRICEY 💲. And it should be.
Because at a cultural wedding, the meal is never just food. It’s the moment you honor your heritage, welcome your people, and tell every single guest you matter here. In Indian Hospitality Standards — which we study, respect, and plan by — the way a guest is fed is a direct reflection of how much they are valued. That conversation starts way before we ever talk about flowers.
Planning that? That’s the work. And it starts with these three rules.
