When we set-up the menu with the chefs, we can see how passionate they are about their work and they share it.

We always invite the Chef to present their menu at each Asterina before we start the service. Do you want a secret? Just ask the chef one of its recipe and maybe we will share it with you…Food is a love language we say…

Asterina, the reason why I do it and why I started it?

After 10 years of working in international events, I realize how this industry can influence and can also have an impact on our societies and the environment. Unfortunately not always the most positive one as we know that create an event will automatically go with carbon footprint.

This time, I wanted something small, cosy, less people, introduction to veggie food (even myself I am not a veggie but I care about what I eat) and starting to listen to local artists in an acoustic vibe. This is how it started. And now I always like to start hosting with a quick introduction about sustainability and events. It is never a lesson, it is more to get a consciousness about the link between food and your carbon footprint, how we gather when we do events and having a great time!
