The first and most important element in planning is establishing a cohesive visual direction and theme for your Wedding Day. It will help you stay on track as new ideas or inspirations come up so you can remain focused and consistent with your vision. Our lead designer will create a customized Mood Board complete with color schemes, venue options and décor ideas. It evolves over time but eventually becomes the blueprint for your wedding providing a consistent feel throughout.

Happy Anniversary to this amazing couple! ❤️ I can't believe it's been 2 years already 😮 I told you I would never forget your Wedding date and I kept my promise xoxo

You see, this couple was the first to choose a Mayan Weddings Destination Wedding over a typical resort wedding. They had already reserved their Wedding Day at a popular hotel but were becoming increasingly disillusioned with the process. Frustrated most with the lack of support given to them from the wedding planners at the hotel, the inflated costs for the things they wanted causing them to scale back on their vision and then to top it off, forced to abide by the rules and restrictions enforced by the hotel, ie. 11 pm finish time, no outside vendors, limited design options with their vendors etc.

Enter Mayan Weddings..

With only 4 months until the day of the wedding, we had no time to lose. We promptly explained our services, had a lengthy meeting to ensure we understood their vision and then provided an inspiration board with design and venue options. After saying "yes" to Mayan weddings, they then chose the beautiful Maroma Beach as the backdrop for their dream day which was absolutely breathtaking. The reception that followed was full of surprises and it was nothing short of epic! A party I will never forget 🤗 When you are good people, you tend to surround yourself with good people and this group was no exception. I like to say I bring love stories to life but in this case, their family and friends brought it to life and it was so heartwarming to witness.

It was not lost on us, the leap Mike and Amy had to take being the first couple to use our services. We had everything in place but as with anything new, had to work the kinks out. Mike and Amy were always understanding and trusted our abilities 1000% and we will be forever grateful to them! So thank you Mike and Amy, we love and miss you! We will always remember this day as Mexichovy Day. All our love! The Mayan Weddings Dream Team ❤️

I'm going to treasure this moment ❤ I love my Brides! A funny story, one of the wedding vendor's assistant clearly had no idea and mistakes me for MOB and since I hired them I was deeply offended 😳 Next day after the wildly successful wedding of Shelby & Robbie 🇨🇦 I thought about and realized what a compliment that was 🙌 Yes, I care that much!!! ❤ and then chuckled because I was barking orders all day and maybe that was the confusion 🤣 Wedding Day Concierge service, the best money you will ever spend 💋
