LOladelcaMpoEVENTS is growing, and we are looking for a talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Los Cabos.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-driven, and genuinely passionate about creating exceptional wedding experiences. We are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and brings both creativity and precision to every project.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in wedding planning or luxury event coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a polished and positive attitude
• A keen eye for design and guest experience
• Knowledge of the Los Cabos wedding market is highly valued

I don’t know where to begin describing this wonderful design, where every element was meticulously considered: from the candles and vessels to the velvet chairs. Every piece was custom-made: a serpentine table layered with flowing fabrics mirroring its curves, paired with specially designed chairs. Alongside, rectangular wooden tables and matching chairs created the perfect contrast. Exquisite foliage and florals added elegance. We paired serpentine draping with custom chairs, and rectangular wooden tables with matching chairs, balancing flow and structure. In every detail, the intention was to craft an unforgettable night. And so it was—a memory etched in the heart forever.

As Brynne and Robert’s one-year anniversary approaches, I’m beyond excited to finally share these moments myself. While this wedding has traveled the world, being able to personally bring to light the love and care we poured into this design is everything. It set trends with its contemporary botanical and organic elegance, but most of all, it reminds me why I do what I do. I’m grateful for all the love this celebration has received—and this is exactly why I pour my heart into every detail .

Designed for flow, connection, and comfort.

Long communal tables encouraged interaction, a neutral base kept the space clean and timeless, and a vibrant floral palette added energy without overpowering the setting.
Layered lighting defined the space as the night unfolded, creating warmth and balance throughout the reception.

There are moments that feel suspended in light, joy, and meaning —
Julia & Jonah’s ceremony was one of them.

A celebration of heritage and deep connection, under a vibrant chuppah that mirrored the intensity of their love.
Surrounded by their closest people, ancient traditions met bold colors and a tropical breeze.

The ketubah was signed, the glass was broken, and the promise was made.

From that moment on, they were not just a couple in love — they were partners in life.

From the first toast to the last song, every detail was curated to elevate the guest experience and set the tone for an unforgettable night.

Jackie and Michael were deeply involved in the design. Their intention was clear: to ensure that every detail looked absolutely perfect, both in appearance and in the atmosphere they created for their guests
