President Lazarus chakwera says his government is always ready to listen to any form of constructive criticism.

Dr chakwera has also urged people in the country to never feel threatened by his administration.

The President made the remarks Sunday at Nkhoma CCAP in Lilongwe where he attended Sunday morning prayers.

Speaking at the function, Dr chakwera indicated that his government will always yield to any form of guidance from well-meaning individuals and institutions.

He admitted that his administration alone can not manage to deal with challenges the country is currently passing through.

Chakwera's remarks come few weeks after the CCAP Nkhoma synod issued a pastoral letter which censored the leadership of the Tonse Alliance.

In his remarks, CCAP Nkhoma synod moderator Reverend Phillip Kambulire said the church will always continue supporting government in the implementation of projects that would change the lives of the country's citizens.
