Weebcon in collaboration with Esports Association of Malawi, Mawaya Network, KOTG, and our various partners are hosting this exciting tech gathering on 29 November 2025 at Alliance Française de Blantyre. Come and be part of Malawi's growing tech culture with presentations from the Esports Association, video game industry, app developers, digital artists and many more. Hello everyone, we have had to postpone the WEEBCON Vol. 2 event till next year due to a number of crises and emergencies affecting our team members.

We will communicate on the next possible date once we are in a position to do so. We are sad to not be able to have this Lilongwe chapter which we were greatly looking forward to.

All bookings and tickets bought will be given a full refund and we will also give all the early birds a special discount next year as appreciation for their support this year.

We are back with another installment of WEEBCON, Malawi’s Comic Convention. This time happening in Lilongwe on 30th November 2024, at the Shack in Area 15. Video Game Tournaments, Cosplay, LO-FI Music, Anime Merchandise, Guest Musician performing and much more!

Once again a big thank you to LifeCo Holdings Malawi, Department of Forestry , the Chief & Community of M***a Village (Chiradzulu) for successfully planting 1,200 trees. We also acknowledge Blantyre City Council, the Deputy Mayor, & Beit CURE International Hospital, Malawi for supporting environmental efforts from the start.

The fruit trees have been planted with & at M***a Village in Chiradzulu where some people affected by cyclone Freddy were relocated and given houses by government. This means we have fulfilled our goals for our 1st event as . Thank you to all the villagers that participated, as well as to the Department of Forestry personnel who were present assisting with the planting.

Now we can begin with activities for our second installment of the initiative this 2024.

As we move closer to doing our 2nd installment of we thank for donating 1,200 fruit tree seedlings for us and to meet the environmental impact goals we had set in December last year.

LifeCO donates 1,200 seedlings to Blantyre City Activation and Sustain Green and welcomes everyone interested in being part of the fruit tree planting exercise happening on 27th March 2024 at M***a Village in Chiradzulo - said Zacheus Nyirenda, LifeCO Pension Services Manager.
