Why do we celebrate with flowers? Why do we include flowers in our celebrations? Today flowers are given to convey our emotions to the other person. Flowers represent our emotions. Whether it is a funeral - flowers are offered as a part of sharing sadness during these mourning times. We offer flowers to someone who just got married because it is a happy event. We love flowers at an event because it beautifies the place and makes us happy. We also celebrate friendships over flowers. Some even apologize by offering flowers. If someone bought a house then we bring in a nice bouquet as a sign of congratulations. Over time flowers have become a tradition. Flowers are a symbol of love and care. They might not last forever but they do provide forever emotions.

Great morning to you all!

Wishing you a cool week ahead and share with you some of our latest creations. Last week we talked about Frangipani/ Plumeria/ gulaiti (in Mauritian) and how pretty they are as they define summer and tropical season so well. Some of the below photos show you how versatile this flower can be. They come in a variety of color shades but you can call us in advance so as to know which ones are available or will be available. 😉

They can decorate your event or any of your Hawaiian tropical-themed events aaaaand they would look good as a flower ornament or wear them as a hairband. The choice is yours and the options are endless!

Happy Friday everyone! We hope you had a restful week with 3 public holidays with Deepavali celebrations and mithai everywhere.

Top of the afternoon everyone!

Monday blues anyone? We wanted to share with you photos of fresh arrivals of lilies at our shop. Lilies everywhere. From white to pale rose to dark rose. You would note our rosebuds as well just arrived today.

Fun facts about lily flowers: They mean beauty, purity, fertility, transformation, rebirth, and devotion. The beauty of lilies has inspired the work of writers and artists for centuries. They are so pretty though the fragrance may not be to the liking of many. You might not be aware, but lilies are also called the flowers of death as they are associated with funeral services because they symbolize the innocence that has been restored to the soul of the departed.

So many poets were inspired by Lilies and one of them is the most famous William Blake and here goes:

Malini had this bouquet made today for 1 happy lady whose birthday was on Saturday the 16th of October 2021. But her colleagues popped by our shop today to get the bouquet and watch Malini “live” creating it with Gyps, Lilies, and white Gerberas. Such a simple but striking flower arrangement.

Happy Friday! Guys, apologies for the tardy flower arrangements and creations. We were quite busy and unfortunately, our team does not always have the time to immortalize our creations. Only a few made it and they are as below.
Durga Pooja and Govinden are almost over! The fasting is almost over! I hope you guys have had a pious month (for some) or weeks (for others).
On the other hand, the engagement parties/ weddings/ summer events will be back on track! So do not forget to call us to book your flower bouquets/ hair bands and other creations. Let your imagination go wild 😉

Guys on a side note - we cannot stress it enough but please avoid sending us orders on messenger and we do not have the time to negotiate the prices on messenger. Call us instead. For those who are abroad - yes we accept payment via Juice and we are available on whatsapp calls as well on 59090167 (Anju).

Delivery is still an option for a delivery fee of course and depending on the day and region required. We cannot confirm on messenger so again please give us a call. :)

Tough week? But we made it. TGIF loyal and loving people.

What is better than sharing with you another latest creation from the team as per below. The bouquet was made especially for someone who just landed in Mauritius and is doing 14 days quarantine in a hotel. Yes, dear people, we cater to all of your needs including delivery to your loved ones in quarantine. But of course, all the sanitary precautions were taken before, upon, and after delivery.

How thoughtful of this customer to order lovely flowers for someone under quarantine. Flowers to make someone happy. Flowers to say that you are thinking of this person. Flowers to let them know that they are loved. Flowers to keep them company. Flowers to beautify their rooms and to bring a smile to their faces.

How are you lovely and loyal peeps?

We hope you have had a restful weekend. Malini and the team have been working quite hard these past few weeks and unfortunately, we have not been able to take a lot of snaps to share with you but only for the few down below. They are quite marvelous and Anju from our team was able to capture some of the beautiful designs and bouquets.

There is something about white and green that catches our eyes. White is for purity and green is for hope. How about a wedding/ engagement party consisting of only white and green flower arrangements? Or you could still throw in some twigs and pastel-colored buddings to add to the classy/ rustic touch. Just call us to book an appointment and we shall guide you. We will make your floral dreams come true for any of your events 😉

And flowers are not only for your venue. Those pretty little flower girls can also wear hair bands made of the same floral theme for the venue. They will blend in perfectly.
