Our Baby & Me village is growing… and we’re so excited to announce that Baby & Me is coming to Żurrieq! 🤎

From October, you’ll be able to join us on Friday morning (Fortnightly) at The Park Venue, Żurrieq, alongside our regular Monday & Tuesday sessions (weekly) at Wellnest, Swatar.

Baby & Me is more than just a baby group. It’s a place where you can:

🤍 Talk openly, without judgement
🤍 Get professional guidance and support
🤍 Take part in baby-friendly activities
🤍 Learn something new each week
🤍 Build your own support network
🤍 Simply come as you are — baby included!

Our small groups are for mothers with babies from birth up to 14 months, with weekly professionally guided 2-hour sessions.

What a successful evening!

An evening dedicated to women where thanks to Maria Muscat for Cos it takes a village we created a space to pause, reflect and reconnect with oneself. It was an inspiring therapeutic session exploring one's inner strength, emotions and the power one carries within.

🧘‍♀️ Followed by a calming yoga session, bringing movement, mindfulness and connection by YogaPause by Lauren

And to complete the experience, a delicious nutritional dinner followed. Nourishing ourselves is an important part of taking care of ourselves.
BUT...
sitting together, sharing stories and simply enjoying each other’s company was perhaps the best part of it all. 🤍
A little community of new friends was born.
