Back where it all began — 25 years later.

As part of our anniversary celebrations, our teams from Malta, Portugal, and Italy came together in Valletta alongside our international partners to celebrate the relationships, collaborations, and shared experiences that have shaped the journey of ECMeetings over the past 25 years.

From the energy of Strait Street and an immersive sailors’ experience at Paradise Bar, to the launch of Malta’s first Eku Tanbur drumming session overlooking the Grand Harbour, the day reflected what we believe great experiences should do: bring people together in meaningful and memorable ways.

The celebrations continued aboard a vintage Maltese bus to Kora, where the evening concluded with a sunset dinner centred around conversation, connection, and looking ahead to the future.

A celebration of people, partnerships, and the destination where it all started.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria Schmuck on an incentive trip to Malta, and receiving such kind words from Juana Trachternach truly means a lot to our team — especially during peak season.

From planning and coordination to on-site support, it was a smooth collaboration from start to finish. We’re especially pleased that the participants felt well taken care of and that the event received consistently positive feedback throughout.

A big shout-out to our wonderful UK who joined us this week to experience the beauty and versatility of Malta! We had an amazing time showcasing the islands alongside our fantastic partners VisitMalta Incentives & Meetings and InterContinental Malta.

From exploring Valletta and Mdina, to discovering unique experiences such as the new Noma Island and Marnisi Wine Estate, enjoying local flavours, experiencing the beauty of Gozo, and taking part in a meaningful sea clean-up initiative — it was a pleasure sharing these moments together and showcasing our islands for meetings & incentives.

It was a meaningful moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, and to share it with the people who continue to shape our story across every destination we operate in.
