From island roots to Mediterranean vibes — meet our Events Executive Tooshina!

From Mauritius to Malta, Tooshina’s journey with ECMeetings began as a student — today she’s an Events Executive connecting people with Malta through thoughtful, tailor-made experiences.

With a background in Tourism Management and experience across hotels, tour operators, and DMCs, she combines expertise with a passion for people. Fluent in English, French, and Creole, she loves working with the French market and bringing fresh perspectives to every project.

Outside of events, you’ll find her exploring mountains in neighbouring countries, enjoying Malta’s Riviera Beach (a spot that reminds her a bit of Mauritius), and recharging in nature — always with the bright smile and positive energy we love having on our team💛

Starting the week with some Monday motivation 💛
During our peak season, it means so much to receive encouraging messages that remind us why we always go the extra mile. Huge thanks to Carmen Haars from eventives GmbH for this wonderful feedback.

For a big IT customer event with nearly 100 participants from across Eastern Europe, we worked together on an amazing multi-day meet-centive trip to Malta — covering everything from hotels and meetings to exhibitions, transfers, and a fun awards ceremony.

A big thank you to our incredible team of event managers who always put in the extra work to make it happen. Special shoutout to our colleague Ilona Busuttil, who managed this event with amazing attention to detail, professionalism, and heart — handling last-minute changes and challenges, police es**rt and all! :)
