Last Sunday was another unforgettable day out greenlaning with amazing people, breathtaking views, good vibes, and the kind of moments that remind us why we love the outdoors so much. 🌿🚙⛰️

Malta continues to offer beautiful places to explore responsibly, and every trip reminds us how important it is to protect and preserve access to outdoor recreation for everyone who enjoys nature respectfully.

Today may be “silent day” because of the general election… but for many years it has also been silent when it comes to our hobbies, camping, greenlaning, and outdoor recreation.

As Malta Venture, we shared our proposals and ideas with both big parties because we believe the outdoor community deserves recognition, proper discussion, and a future where these activities are understood, respected, and supported responsibly.

Until then, we keep doing what we do best: exploring, respecting nature, building friendships, and creating memories together. 🤝🔥🏕️

Already looking forward to the next one… who’s in? 👀

We’ve just arrived back from an unforgettable 10-day 4x4 off-roading adventure in Sicily 🇮🇹🚙💨

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us — your energy, trust, and spirit made this trip truly special. And a special shoutout to Salvo Cataneo for his guidance in our second weekend and for showing us the best of what Sicily has to offer 🙌

This second group may have been smaller, but it was something else… a crew of long-time friends, great vibes all around, and plenty of laughs along the way.

From incredible scenic routes to challenging off-road trails, every hour was an adventure. And we couldn’t have asked for a better ending — full of fun and some very determined go-kart drivers showing off 😄🏁

Already looking forward to the next one… who’s in? 👀

It’s been a while since we did a morning scenic green lane, but it still turned out to be a wonderful adventure. 😊

Great team spirit, lovely socialising, and plenty of laughs along the way.

A special Easter treat was prepared for everyone who joined by Matthew and Chloe — a very thoughtful gesture for the festive season. 🐣
Looking forward to the next adventure… our Sicily trip! ✨

We just had a meeting with the Prime Minister himself!

After some time discussing the idea, Matthew helped bring together the main 4x4 clubs and groups in Malta. Together we spoke about the challenges faced by our community while practicing our hobby and sport, and a meeting with Dr. Robert Abela was arranged to present our concerns directly.

Today that meeting took place. It was a very positive and important step forward for the 4x4 community in Malta.

We look forward to continuing this dialogue and working together toward constructive solutions and a stronger future for our hobby and sport.

🚙🌿 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the Malta Venture 4x4 Workshop #2&3 - Packing Right & Greenlaning Etiquette

To be honest, I wasn’t even sure I’d make it — I was feeling quite sick the day before. But pushing through turned out to be absolutely worth it… what an amazing day it became!

From great company and engaging discussions to sharing knowledge about our 4x4s, packing tips, and greenlane etiquette — the energy throughout the day was just fantastic 🙌

And of course, the pasta 🍝 was the perfect bonus!

🚙🌿 Everything is set for the Malta Venture 4x4 Workshops! Workshop #1 - Understanding your 4x4 vehicle Workshop #2&3 - Packing Right & Greenlaning Etiquette

We kick off at 08:00 at the Mellieħa Scout Group — and we’ve got a full day lined up for all 4x4 enthusiasts (and anyone curious to learn!).

🔧 Workshops include:
1️⃣ Understanding your own 4x4 vehicle
2️⃣ Packing right for a 4x4 adventure
3️⃣ Greenlane etiquette

🍝 At around 13:00, we’ll be serving a pasta lunch with two delicious salsa options —apart from snacks available all day so come hungry!

There’s plenty of space, so feel free to: 👉 Drop by and say hi
